High table and peg stools for @mayvncafe
@jaseharvey from @iicommon reached to us to work on a special draff incorporating coffee chaff/ husk from their roastery. The dried skin of coffee bean that flakes off during the roasting process are quite challenging to work with due to the lightness of the byproduct. We managed to incorporate 30% of it in our original recipe

Chuffed to share draff studio bookends especially designed and made for @dnd_designfest 2024.

Part of 20 new commissioned bookends inspired by the travels and reporting of pioneering female foreign correspondents Bessie Maxwell and Marie Imandt who embarked on an epic tour of the globe from Dundee in 1894 for The Courier and The Weekly News.

See them in person this September for the big reveal at @msipdundee !
